Playing it safe is the norm at ‘SC

From just looking at the statistics of Sunday’s football scrimmage, it seems like Mitch Mustain had a much better day at quarterback than Mark Sanchez. After all, he threw for 31 yards more than Sanchez and three touchdowns, while Sanchez didn’t throw any. But if you dig a little deeper, you’ll find that Mustain’s success came against the second-team defense, while Sanchez had a solid day against the first-team defense.
